Australia Domestic

Australia Post is currently experiencing high volumes of parcels through their network but expect your delivery within 2-3days.

International

Certain countries may be affected, please see the list provided by Australia Post to specific countries.

For all our Australian customers, we use Express Post. This postal service requires a signature on delivery and it also tracked http://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/our-tracking-service.html and also by calling Australia Post 137678. We will send you tracking number along with your invoice. All items have a tracking number for a secured delivery. The delivery usually takes 1-2 working business days, pending availability and credit verification. If you are not home when delivery arrives, Australia Post will leave you a card to notify of the attempted delivery. Please follow the information provided by Australia Post on this notification.
The cost of delivery is $15.00

 
For all our International customers, we use Australia Post - International Express Shipping (tracked & signature on delivery). This postal service requires a signature on delivery and it also tracked online : https://m.auspost.com.au/view/tracking We will send you a tracking number along with your receipt. All items have a tracking number for a secured delivery. The International Express delivery usually takes 7-10 working business days; pending availability, credit verification, busy holiday seasons, your country's postal services and custom processes. Certain countries have been known to delay individual shipments as a random security and inspection measure. If you are not home when delivery is attempted by your local postal service, they should leave you a card to notify of the attempted delivery. We are not responsible for any loses after package has been signed for and delivered. Please follow the information provided by your local postal delivery service on their notification card. You can also use the link to track your parcel. We do not deliver to Po Box addresses.
The cost of delivery worldwide is $45 - trackable online, signed for on delivery .
 

 

If your order is subject to import duties/taxes, they will not appear on your HVNC invoice, but may be presented to you at collection of your parcel from your Post Office at time of pickup/delivery. Also, if you refuse to pay taxes/duties your parcel will be returned to HVNC and you will be charged for the return shipment costs. In the event of an item exchange, customers are responsible for all additional shipping costs for their exchanges as well as any taxes and/or duties imposed by your country's government.

 
For Australian orders, the delivery status starts from the day it has been delivered to Australia Post and processed from their end.
If you place your order before 2pm Monday-Friday Australian EST, we will process your order that day (excluding holidays).
All orders placed after 2pm Monday-Friday Australian EST, will be processed the next business day.
Any delays due to customs or couriers once parcels have left our office/Australia, are beyond our control and whilst we do our best to ensure delivery is within the given time frame we are not liable for any delays.
