Returns Policy

 

 

Our Returns Policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Our Returns policy (for refund and/or exchanges) lasts 14 days for Australian orders and 21 days for International orders, from order date. If these days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
 
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, so if you change your mind about an item purchased on the online store, we will give you a refund of the original purchased price (excluding delivery charges and currency conversions), provided that it's returned to us in its original condition and packaging, unworn, unwashed, and otherwise unused with original tags/labels attached.
 
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned for refund:
  1. Products purchased from the Online store or a Pop Up store hosted by HVNC, that have been worn or used are exempt from being returned for refund.
  2. Please make sure that swimwear is tried on over your own underwear. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns of items where it's obvious that this hasn't been done. 
  3. Sale items are non-returnable or refundable.
  4. Any item that is returned after 14 days (for Australian orders ) and 21 days (for International orders) of purchase.
  5. If you have purchased our product from a stockist, please return it to the stockists store only. We only accept refunds made through our online store or pop-up store hosted by HVNC.
      How to return the item for Refund:
      Refunds are accepted on items within 14 days (for Australian orders ) and 21 days (for International orders) of purchase.
      To complete your refund, we require :
      1. Returns Form completed. Ensure to make a copy for your records. Download here 
      2. Pack & seal your return securely in a trackable postal service, to below PO BOX address
      3. Include : item(s) you wish to refund or exchange, your original printed receipt & the returns form
      4. once sent, ensure to email us the tracking number
      Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. After inspection the product is not approved as per above guidelines, then we will ship the parcel back to you at our cost. If you should refuse the parcel, HVNC will not refund the original/returning shipping charges.
      If refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days of receipt, during Mon-Fri standard working hours.

      If you are returning an item, ensure to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs (including all currency conversion costs & duty/tax) for returning or exchanging your item. If you return a product on which duty and tax has been paid, HVNC are unable to refund such duty or taxes. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

      We replace items if you wish to change to another colour or style, or if they are defective, damaged or you need a different size.

      All returns will be completed within 5 days of receipt, during Mon-Fri standard working hours.
       
      If your exchange is of greater value to original purchase, we will send you a one off exchange code for the new purchase. This is done once we have received your original parcel and accepted the exchange. This exchange code will give you the option to select your new purchase, and only pay the difference. New shipping and handling charges will be applied to your second order as applicable, at checkout.
      If the new order is of lesser value, we will refund the difference to you credit card.

      HVNC reserves the right to refuse the return/exchange or any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements.
       
       
      Faulty item
      If we have delivered you a faulty item, we sincerely apologies for this error! We pride ourselves on quality control, because we want you to love your purchase.
      It is the customer’s responsibility to contact us within 14 days for Australian orders and 21 days for International orders of delivery if a faulty item was received. If we are not contacted until after the allocated period regarding the faulty item received, the customer will not be eligible for a replacement.
      Please email us at info@hvnc.com.au with photo of the fault, we will assess and do everything we can, to make this an easy process.
      If the item is deemed a genuine manufacturers fault, exchanges and refunds will not be provided after use of the item.
       
      Sale items
      Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
       
      Po Box Addresses
      Unfortunately PO Box addresses are not accepted for international orders & your parcel will be returned to sender (us) if the delivery address is a PO Box.
